What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property type, the service you're after, any message and any photos you choose to attach. We don't ask for and don't want anything more than that.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you've booked and invoice for it. We may contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.

Photos you send us

Photos submitted with a quote request are used to assess the work. We will not publish a photo of your property as a before/after example without asking you first.

Disclosure

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate — for example our quoting and invoicing software, or a subcontracted specialist where a job requires one. Those providers are bound to use the information only for that purpose. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Storage and security

Enquiry records are held in our business systems with access limited to the people who need it. We keep records for as long as needed to service the enquiry and meet tax and insurance obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use cookies and standard analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Access, correction and removal
