Quotes

Quotes are free, provided in writing and valid for 30 days. A quote covers the scope listed in it. If conditions on site are materially different from what was described or shown in photos, we'll talk to you and agree any variation in writing before proceeding.

Bookings and access

Booked dates are subject to weather. Cleaning, sealing and roof coating all require suitable conditions, and we'd rather move a job than do it badly. You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, along with water and power where available; otherwise we bring our own tank and generator.

Preparation

Please move vehicles, furniture and pot plants clear of the work area where you can, close windows and doors, and tell us about anything fragile, recently repaired or already damaged. We protect gardens, drains and fittings as part of our set-up.

Site conditions and pre-existing damage

Exterior surfaces age. Cracked concrete, loose or broken tiles, failing pointing, perished sealant, flaking paint, rusted fixings and deteriorated timber may become more visible once contamination is removed, and in some cases cleaning can expose or worsen a defect that already existed. We inspect and point out anything obvious before starting, and we're not liable for pre-existing defects or their consequences.

Results

We'll always tell you honestly what's achievable before we start. Deeply absorbed oil, old rust bleed, efflorescence, paint overspray, acid etching and permanent surface wear may not fully remove. Where we expect a residual shadow we'll say so at quoting stage.

Roof work

Roof access is inherently higher risk. We work to NSW working-at-heights requirements. Tiles that are already cracked, brittle or previously repaired may break under necessary foot traffic; isolated replacements are quoted where required and stock availability applies to older profiles.

Waste water

Waste water is captured, treated and disposed of legally. Where a site's drainage arrangement prevents compliant capture we'll advise before commencing rather than discharge to stormwater.

Payment

Residential work is payable on completion unless agreed otherwise. Commercial and strata accounts are invoiced on agreed terms. Larger restoration projects may require a deposit for materials. Card, bank transfer and account payments accepted.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can. Cancellations inside 24 hours of a booked start may attract a call-out fee where a crew and equipment have been mobilised.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with an area we've cleaned, tell us within seven days and we'll come back and look at it. Roof restoration and coating carry a separate written warranty specific to the products used on your roof.
