Compliance is the whole point

Councils cannot be seen sending contaminated run-off to stormwater. Our Clean & Capture system recovers waste water as we clean, and we document treatment and disposal — which is exactly the evidence a council needs for its own environmental reporting.

We also handle the surrounding requirements: traffic control plans, pedestrian management, high-visibility signage, WWCC-checked crews for work near schools and childcare, night work to avoid peak pedestrian periods, and SWMS specific to each site.

Chewing gum, graffiti shadowing and the hard stuff

Public paving accumulates problems ordinary cleaning won't fix — chewing gum, food and drink staining, graffiti shadowing after removal, and biological growth in shaded arcades. Steam does most of that work, at pressures that won't damage heritage sandstone or decorative paving.
