Pressure Cleaning Sydney
Local Pressure Cleaning Sydney has been pressure cleaning Sydney properties since 1998. In that time we've cleaned everything from single driveways in Drummoyne to multi-level car parks, food factories and council assets — which is exactly why we don't treat every job the same way.

Waste water recovery
Pressure cleaning done badly leaves wand marks in concrete, strips render off walls and pushes contaminated water straight into the stormwater drain. Done properly it lifts years of grime, kills the mould and lichen causing it, and buys you another decade out of a surface you were thinking about replacing.
What pressure cleaning actually removes
Most Sydney staining is biological rather than dirt. Coastal humidity, shaded southern walls and overhanging gums give mould, algae and lichen everything they need. Underneath that you'll usually find carbon from traffic, rust bleed, oil, rubber and mineral salts leaching out of the concrete itself.
- Black mould, green algae and lichen on concrete, render and roofs
- Carbon and traffic film on driveways, footpaths and car parks
- Oil, grease, hydraulic fluid and tyre marks
- Efflorescence, salt bloom and mineral staining
- Bird and bat droppings, cobwebs and nest debris
- Chewing gum, graffiti shadowing and food waste in retail areas
High pressure, soft wash or steam?
Choosing the wrong method is what damages property. We carry all three because Sydney building stock ranges from 1890s sandstone through to modern acrylic render.
High pressure suits sound concrete, pavers, brickwork and industrial floors. Soft wash — low pressure with a cleaning solution that does the work chemically — suits painted surfaces, render, roofs, eaves and anything fragile. Steam is our answer to grease, gum, chewing-gum shadows and heavily contaminated commercial floors.
Environmental compliance is not optional
Under NSW rules, waste water from cleaning cannot enter the stormwater system. We developed our Clean & Capture system precisely for this: waste water is vacuumed to a holding tank as we clean, then treated and disposed of legally. It's one of very few systems of its kind in the industry and it's the reason councils, strata managers and national brands keep us on their approved contractor lists.

Our process
How we approach pressure cleaning
- 01
Site assessment & quote
We inspect the surface, identify what's actually causing the staining, then send a written fixed-price quote with inclusions spelled out. No vague hourly rates.
- 02
Set up & protection
Gardens, fittings, drains and adjoining surfaces are protected before a drop of water is used. Access, hoses and leads are run so the site stays safe and tidy.
- 03
Treat, then clean
Organic growth is chemically treated first so it dies at the root, then we clean at the correct pressure and temperature for the substrate.
- 04
Waste water capture
Our Clean & Capture system vacuums waste water to a holding tank as we work, so nothing contaminated enters the stormwater system.
- 05
Final walk-through
We walk the job with you (or send photo documentation for commercial and strata clients) and only pack up once you're satisfied.
Real results
Results you can see from the street
Treatment first, then correct pressure for the substrate. That's the whole trick — and it's why the result lasts.

Why choose us
Serious equipment, correct method, no guesswork
Exterior cleaning done badly damages render, strips coatings and cracks tiles. Here's how we avoid all three.
On the tools since 1998
Not a franchise and not a call centre. You deal with the same small crew that turns up and does the work.
Based in Parramatta
Local to Western Sydney and working across greater Sydney for homes, strata, commercial and industrial properties.
Clean & Capture waste water
Waste water is vacuumed and recovered as we clean, so nothing contaminated enters the stormwater system. It also lets us clean indoors.
Right method for the surface
Soft washing for render, coatings and roofs. Correct-pressure cleaning for concrete and masonry. Steam where heat beats pressure.
Treatment, not just a rinse
Mould and lichen are killed at the root before anything is rinsed, which roughly doubles how long the result lasts.
Fixed written quotes
Scope and inclusions in writing before we start. No hourly creep, no surprises on the invoice.
FAQs
Pressure Cleaning — common questions
How much does pressure cleaning cost in Sydney?
It depends on area, access, surface type and how heavy the contamination is. A standard driveway and path is usually a half-day job; a house wash with roof is typically a full day. We quote in writing after seeing photos or inspecting the site, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Will pressure cleaning damage my concrete or render?
Not when the method matches the material. Aged concrete, painted render and roof tiles get soft washing at low pressure with a treatment; sound concrete and pavers can take high pressure. Damage almost always comes from operators using one setting for everything.
Do you need access to water and power?
We carry our own water tanks and generators for commercial and industrial work. For most residential jobs we simply use your outdoor tap and a standard power point, which we'll confirm when quoting.
How often should surfaces be cleaned?
In Sydney's climate, most homes benefit from a house wash every 18–24 months and driveways every 12–18 months. Shaded, tree-covered or coastal properties regrow mould faster. Commercial car parks and food premises are usually on a scheduled program.
